This website (the “Site”) is operated by Laundry Yard Ltd, trading as With Kyn (“With Kyn”, “we”,“us” or “our”), a company registered in England and Wales under company number 09590534, with its registered office at 23 Micheldever Road, Whitchurch, RG287JE.
These website terms of use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Site. They do not apply to any services we provide, which are instead governed by a separate signed agreement between With Kyn and the relevant client.
Acceptance of these Terms
By accessing or using the Site, you confirm that you accept these Terms and agree to comply with them. If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use the Site.
Purpose of the Site
The Site is provided for general information purposes only. It describes With Kyn’s services and previous work and allows visitors to make contact with us. The Site does not allow you to purchase services, make payments, or enter into any contract with us, and no booking, agreement, quotation, or commitment of any kind is formed through your use of the Site.
Any commercial engagement with With Kyn is entered into separately, in writing, and is governed by the terms of that specific agreement, not by these Terms.

We take reasonable care to ensure that information on the Site is accurate and up to date, but we make no representation or warranty, express or implied, that any content on the Site is accurate, complete, or current. Details such as case studies, client references, imagery and service descriptions are provided for illustration and may change without notice.
Nothing on the Site constitutes advice on which you should rely, and we accept no liability for any reliance placed on it.

Unless otherwise stated, all content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, and the With Kyn name and branding, is owned by or licensed to Laundry Yard Ltd and is protected by copyright, trade mark, and other intellectual property laws.
You may view and download pages from the Site for your own personal, non-commercial use, provided you do not modify any content and you retain all copyright and other proprietary notices. You may not otherwise reproduce, distribute, or use any content from the Site without our prior written consent.
The ‘Contact Us’ form
The Site includes a contact form through which you may submit your name, email address, and any message or enquiry details you choose to provide. This is the only way in which the Site collects personal data directly from visitors.

As the Site does not facilitate any transactions or agreements, this exclusion does not affect, and is not affected by, the terms of any separate contract you enter into with With Kyn.
Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or the Site (including non-contractual disputes or claims), are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction over any such dispute or claim.
