Since 2019, we have been curating impactful events for clients across the altruism, technology and AI sectors. Building on a foundation of over 25 years delivering extraordinary events on a global stage, from high-stakes executive gatherings to world-class sporting occasions, charity commercial strategy, fundraising events, and bespoke lifestyle experiences. With 25+ years in the industry, before Kyn Kate worked across multiple channels and sectors including Formula One, FMCG, automotive, banking and travel to deliver events for some of the worlds’ best known brands and agencies. As Director, Kate sets the strategy for the agency and ensures the work consistently meets expectations. Kate stays active outside of work, with endurance and fitness training, essential for the hours of walking onsite!

Group Account Director

Paula comes from a publishing background, with commercial, results-focused experience spanning the UK and international events. She's built and delivered events of every shape and size, from 2,000+ person conferences to intimate, bespoke experiences. Equally at home leading a big team or rolling her sleeves up as part of one. If there's a number that needs to add up, she'll find a way to make it work! When she doesn’t have a high vis vest and steel toe caps on Paula enjoys long walks with spaniel Marcie and pottering in the garden.

Emma is a commercial and operational strategist with 20+ years’ experience delivering large-scale public events, driving revenue growth, and leading high-performing teams across sport, culture, charity, luxury, automotive and corporate sectors. Emma is trusted by Royal households, boards and C-suite execs alike to keep everyone aligned when the stakes (and the pressure) are high. Emma ensures teams remain focused and fully equipped on-site, right down to keeping the crew fueled with tea and Haribo.

Sally is the calm in the eye of the storm. From running Tigers Rugby hospitality, B2B events for 1000+ guests to large registration teams. A brilliant venue negotiator and an even better team leader, Sally keeps check-in, meet-and-greet and reception running like clockwork. Guests always leave feeling looked after. Keeping the Tigers Rugby team in check, she is no stranger to wrangling attendees.

Outside work she teaches Pilates and hosts a wellbeing podcast, she's just as passionate about balance as she is on brand.
