The Event
A two and a half day residential retreat bringing together 25 Nordic philanthropists with leaders from non-profits, governments, and frontier AI labs focused on advancing AI safety funding and governance, with a particular emphasis on the urgent need for European action.
Delegates witnessed live technical demonstrations of deepfake technology and bioweapon design tools, content previously shown only to heads of state, and engaged in substantive discussions on how to combat these emerging threats. Across five dedicated event spaces, the retreat created conditions for candid, high-trust dialogue between funders and practitioners working at the frontier of AI safety.
