A residential retreat bringing together 35 LEEP remote working team members to align on organisational strategy and invest in working relationships. The LEEP team convened at The Beeches in Bristol for a rare opportunity to step back from day to day operations and think collectively about where the organisation is headed. Structured strategic sessions sat alongside shared meals and facilitated activities.
